Neuromod Medical Limited Terms and Conditions

This document sets out the terms and conditions in relation to you requesting information or services provided by Neuromod Medical Limited.

Please read these terms carefully before you start to use our website or book an appointment with us. By booking an appointment with us, you indicate that you have read and understood and accept these terms, the Website Terms of Use, and our Privacy and Cookies Policy and that you agree to be bound, without limitation or qualification to all of those terms.

Neuromod Medical Limited Service

Neuromod Medical Limited aims to connect tinnitus patients with clinical experts fast.  Patients can get a complete and individual sequence of treatment that will help them live a more fulfilling life.  We offer remote or in-clinic services, through our own clinic or through our partner clinics.  A complete treatment plan could include all or some of the following: an audiology assessment, audiometric assessment, tinnitus therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other forms of talk therapy or Lenire (the Otologie tinnitus treatment device).

All prices are set out on our website here.  We use our best endeavours to keep the information that we place on the website as accurate as possible.

Audiology and Psychotherapy Clinicians

All our clinicians are patient centric and empathetic.  We aim to provide our patients with the expert care and guidance that they deserve to the highest clinical standards, without waiting lists.  We aim to improve our patients’ quality of life, one day at a time. 

Appointments/Cancellation

All appointments must be booked and paid for in advance of arrival through our website or over the phone. If you choose to not attend your appointment, or you need to reschedule, please make us aware at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will refund the cost.  You will be charged in full for all appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior, or if you do not arrive at the selected appointment time.

Complaints

We hope that you will be happy with the services we provide. However, if you ever have any complaints please firstly contact us by sending an email to the address you will have from your first correspondence with us.  We will endeavor to get back to you as soon as possible and resolve your complaint.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable if we are prevented or delayed in performing our obligations under these terms due to circumstances of Force Majeure. For the purposes of this Section, the term “Force Majeure” means “acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving our workforce or the workforce of any other party), failure of a utility service or transport or telecommunications network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, pandemic, epidemic, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of suppliers or sub-contractors”.
